Meet Dr. Sean Bringhurst
Dr. Sean Bringhurst was born and raised in Idaho and obtained his bachelor’s degree from Idaho State University. Prior to starting his college education, he served a mission for his church. He served two years in Portugal. Following his undergraduate degree, he moved to Texas to pursue a master's degree in healthcare administration at the University of Texas at Dallas. Dr. Bringhurst enjoyed his studies of the sciences during his undergraduate degree and appreciated a better understanding of the world of healthcare through his master's program. He then attended the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA, for dental school. While in dental school, Dr. Bringhurst was active in research projects and spearheaded the conception of a club focusing on the relationship of dentistry to overall health care. After dental school, Dr. Bringhurst moved back to Idaho to practice dentistry with his father and uncle. He was able to learn many great techniques and further his dental education by working with seasoned dentists.
In 2020, Dr. Bringhurst and his wife, Katelin, relocated their family to Arizona. Nowadays, their weeknights are filled with taking their 3 kids to church activities, practices for water polo, swim team, soccer, art camps, and many other activities. Dr. Bringhurst finds joy in supporting his kids in their talents and helping them further develop their interests. In his spare time, Dr. Bringhurst’s hobbies include staying active, working out, hiking, playing pickleball, golfing, and exploring Arizona. As a family, they love to travel as much as possible. Dr. Bringhurst really enjoys doing all aspects of dentistry. He strives to have good communication with his patients, ensuring that expectations and the most ideal outcomes are met. Patient comfort and understanding are of utmost importance to Dr. Bringhurst, and his calm and confident demeanor puts his patients at ease. He has extensive training and experience in all areas of general dentistry, including fillings, extractions, root canals, implants, and cosmetic dentistry, and is always looking to expand the services he can provide for his patients.
